Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all. The prices you see from Disney, Universal, cruise lines, and many other travel suppliers already include a commission. That commission is built in whether you book on your own or through a travel agent. So when you book with me, you’re getting the same price as you would on your own, but with the added benefit of personalized help and support.
Even if you know your destination, I can save you time and reduce stress by handling the bookings, watching for discounts, tracking important dates, and answering your questions. You get expert support, reminders, and planning tools without paying anything extra.
You don’t have to, but booking early often means better pricing, better availability, and more time to plan all the fun details. Vendors like Disney and cruise lines often raise prices as travel dates get closer. Booking early helps you lock in lower rates. Plus, if a new discount comes out after you’ve booked, I will automatically apply it for you whenever possible.
Not at all. I also help clients plan cruises, all-inclusive resorts, beach getaways, national park adventures, and trips to destinations across the United States and around the world. Whether you are looking at Costa Rica, Greece, or a quick weekend in Seattle or Cocoa Beach, I would love to help you plan it.
Yes, I can absolutely help. For Disney World, dining reservations open 60 days before your check-in date and become available starting at 6:00 AM Eastern. I will do my best to secure the dining experiences you want so you don’t have to stress or wake up early. If you prefer to make your own dining reservations, that’s totally fine too. I’m here to help as much or as little as you want.
Yes. I partner with trusted companies like ScooterBug, BabyQuip, and Kingdom Strollers to help you rent strollers, scooters, and even baby gear. I can arrange for your rental to be delivered right to your resort or hotel.
I do not book flights directly, and that is actually a good thing. Booking your flights yourself gives you more flexibility and direct access to the airline if anything changes. I can, however, help you arrange transportation to and from the airport once your flights are booked.
Most travel suppliers allow you to pay a deposit to hold your reservation and then make payments over time. I will help you understand the payment options and create a schedule that works for your budget.
In many cases, yes. If your reservation was made directly with the vendor and it is still within the allowed transfer window, I may be able to take it over and provide support at no cost to you. Reach out and I can check for you.
I’d love to help. Send me a message or schedule a free planning chat.
