TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated on August 26, 2026.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between JHFG Travels, LLC operating as Adventuring With Hope (“Agency,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual or entity (“Traveler,” “you,” or “your”) who requests, books, purchases, or participates in travel arrangements or related services coordinated by the Agency. By engaging our services, authorizing payment, or booking travel through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. TRAVEL AGENCY RELATIONSHIP AND SERVICES

JHFG Travels, LLC operating as Adventuring With Hope is an independently owned and operated travel agency and an Independent Agency Affiliated with Travel Quest Network. Travel Quest Network, LLC does business as WorldVia Travel Network.

The Agency provides professional travel planning, consultation, booking, and coordination services. Services may include researching and recommending destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, excursions, travel protection products, and other travel-related services; preparing itineraries; and assisting with travel arrangements before and during travel.

For travel arrangements booked using Travel Quest Network’s industry credentials, Travel Quest Network may serve as the Seller of Travel where applicable. Travel services themselves are provided by the applicable independent travel Suppliers as further described in these Terms.

Certain travel arrangements may instead be booked directly with a travel Supplier or through an authorized third-party or affiliate booking platform without using Travel Quest Network’s industry credentials. The specific booking method may vary depending on the Supplier, product, and services requested.

The Agency may receive commissions, referral fees, affiliate compensation, or other compensation from Suppliers or third parties in connection with travel arrangements. The Agency may also charge separately disclosed professional planning, consultation, booking, or other service fees as described in these Terms.

2. TRAVEL SUPPLIERS

Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”), which may include airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, theme parks, transportation providers, excursion operators, insurance providers, and other travel-related businesses.

The Agency acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services and does not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers. Each Supplier is responsible for the performance and delivery of its own products and services.

All travel arrangements are subject to the applicable Supplier’s terms, conditions, fare rules, payment requirements, change and cancellation policies, and other restrictions. By authorizing a booking, you agree to comply with the applicable Supplier’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND TRAVELER INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for every Traveler included in a booking, including full legal names exactly as they appear on the identification that will be used for travel, dates of birth, contact information, and any other information required by the applicable Supplier.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing proposals, invoices, itineraries, booking confirmations, and other travel documents provided to you. You must notify the Agency promptly of any discrepancy or error and, whenever reasonably possible, within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a booking confirmation.

Corrections requested after a booking has been confirmed may be subject to Supplier restrictions, change fees, fare differences, cancellation and rebooking requirements, or other additional costs. Some corrections may not be permitted.

The Agency is not responsible for costs or consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Traveler or from a Traveler’s failure to timely review booking documentation.

4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Travel prices and availability are subject to change until the applicable reservation has been confirmed by the Supplier and any required deposit or payment has been successfully processed.

A quote, proposal, or itinerary does not guarantee pricing or availability. Prices may change between the time a proposal is prepared and the time you authorize the booking.

Quoted prices include only the travel services specifically identified in your proposal, invoice, or booking confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude items such as travel insurance, gratuities, resort or destination fees, baggage charges, seat-selection fees, meals, optional activities, local taxes, visa or passport fees, transportation, or other incidental expenses.

Taxes, government fees, port charges, resort fees, fuel surcharges, and other Supplier or governmental charges may be imposed or changed after booking when permitted by the applicable Supplier’s terms or applicable law.

5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By providing payment information and authorizing the Agency to process or facilitate a payment, you authorize the Agency to securely submit your payment information to the applicable Supplier or through an authorized booking or payment platform for the purpose of purchasing the travel arrangements identified in your proposal, invoice, or booking documentation.

Travel charges are generally processed directly by the applicable Supplier or through an authorized booking or payment platform and may appear on your statement under the name of the Supplier or other entity processing the transaction rather than JHFG Travels, LLC or Adventuring With Hope.

Where a professional planning, consultation, booking, or other service fee is payable directly to JHFG Travels, LLC, you separately authorize the Agency or its payment processor to charge the disclosed amount.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, the Agency does not collect or hold funds intended for payment to a travel Supplier.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the transactions you approve.

6. DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

You are responsible for paying all required deposits, installment payments, and final balances by the deadlines communicated to you.

Payment deadlines are generally established by the applicable Supplier. Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of amounts previously paid, loss of promotional pricing or availability, or additional costs.

While the Agency may provide payment reminders as a courtesy, the Traveler remains responsible for all payment deadlines associated with the booking.

7. PROFESSIONAL AND PLANNING FEES

The Agency may charge professional or service fees for services including travel planning, consultation, research, itinerary development, booking, changes, cancellations, or other services. Professional and service fees will only be charged where permitted by applicable law and the requirements governing the Agency’s applicable Seller of Travel relationship.

Any applicable fee will be disclosed before it is charged.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional fees paid directly to JHFG Travels, LLC are compensation for services rendered and are non-refundable once the applicable services have been performed, regardless of whether the underlying travel arrangements are subsequently changed, cancelled, or not completed.

Professional fees charged by the Agency are separate from deposits, fares, cancellation penalties, change fees, and other amounts charged by Suppliers.

8. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes or cancellations requested by the Traveler are subject to the terms and policies of each applicable Supplier.

Supplier cancellation and change policies vary significantly. Certain deposits, fares, rates, tickets, vacation packages, and other travel products may be partially or completely non-refundable. Changes may also result in Supplier fees, fare differences, loss of promotions, or cancellation and rebooking requirements.

Requests to change or cancel travel should be submitted to the Agency in writing whenever possible. The Agency will use reasonable efforts to assist with the requested change or cancellation but cannot guarantee that a Supplier will permit the requested action or that the original price, availability, or itinerary can be maintained.

9. SUPPLIER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Suppliers may cancel, reschedule, substitute, or materially alter travel services due to operational needs, weather, mechanical issues, schedule changes, government actions, or other circumstances.

If the Agency becomes aware of a material Supplier-initiated change affecting your booking, the Agency will make reasonable efforts to notify you and assist with available refund, credit, or rebooking options.

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable Supplier’s terms and policies. The Agency cannot require a Supplier to issue a refund, credit, or other compensation that the Supplier does not authorize.

Where the Supplier or applicable payment processor charged the Traveler directly, an approved refund will generally be returned by that Supplier or processor according to its own procedures and processing timeline. In other circumstances, refunds will be processed in accordance with the procedures of the applicable Supplier, booking platform, or other entity responsible for processing the transaction.

Supplier refunds may take several weeks or longer. The Agency is not responsible for delays caused by a Supplier, financial institution, payment processor, or other third party.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a charge associated with your travel arrangements is incorrect, you are encouraged to contact the Agency promptly so that we can assist in identifying and attempting to resolve the issue.

Initiating a credit card chargeback does not alter or override the applicable Supplier’s cancellation, refund, or payment policies.

The Agency reserves the right to provide booking records, payment authorizations, Supplier terms, cancellation policies, correspondence, and documentation of your acceptance of these Terms in response to a chargeback or payment dispute.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback for a charge that was properly authorized and is subject to a Supplier’s disclosed cancellation or refund policy solely for the purpose of avoiding that policy. Nothing in this provision limits any rights you may have under applicable law or your cardholder agreement.

11. TRAVEL INSURANCE

The Agency strongly recommends that Travelers consider appropriate travel insurance or travel protection to help protect against financial losses arising from circumstances such as trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, travel delays, and baggage loss or delay.

Coverage, exclusions, limitations, eligibility requirements, and time-sensitive benefits vary by policy and provider. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any travel insurance or travel protection product before purchasing it.

The Agency is not an insurance company and does not underwrite, issue, adjudicate, or guarantee claims or benefits under any travel insurance policy. Any insurance policy purchased is governed by the terms of the applicable insurance provider.

If you decline offered travel insurance or travel protection, you acknowledge that you assume financial responsibility for losses that might otherwise have been covered.

Certain benefits, including some pre-existing medical condition waivers or cancel-for-any-reason options, may only be available when coverage is purchased within a specified period following the initial trip payment or deposit.

12. PASSPORTS, IDENTIFICATION, VISAS, AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Each Traveler is responsible for possessing all documentation necessary for travel.

Depending on the itinerary, this may include a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity, acceptable government-issued identification for domestic travel, visas, electronic travel authorizations, transit documentation, vaccination or health documentation, parental or minor travel consent documentation, or other documents required by a destination, transit country, carrier, or Supplier.

Entry and documentation requirements may change without notice and may vary based on citizenship, residency, age, itinerary, criminal history, or other individual circumstances.

The Agency may provide general information or direct you to resources concerning travel documentation, but the Traveler remains responsible for confirming and satisfying all applicable requirements.

The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, missed travel, fines, penalties, or other losses resulting from a Traveler’s failure to possess required or valid documentation.

13. TRAVEL INVOLVING MINORS

When a booking includes a minor, the adult making the booking represents that they have the legal authority to arrange travel for that minor or have obtained any necessary authorization from the minor’s parent, guardian, or other person with legal authority.

The responsible adult is responsible for determining and obtaining any documentation required for a minor’s travel, including passports, identification, birth certificates, consent letters, custody documentation, or other documents required by a Supplier or governmental authority.

14. AIR TRAVEL

Airline schedules, fares, routes, equipment, seat assignments, baggage policies, and other operating decisions are controlled by the applicable airline and may change without notice.

The Agency cannot guarantee flight schedules, specific aircraft, seat assignments, upgrade availability, baggage handling, or airline performance.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing airline communications, verifying flight schedules before departure, complying with baggage and check-in requirements, and arriving at the airport with sufficient time to complete check-in, security, and boarding procedures.

Airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, baggage loss or damage, and other airline-related disruptions are governed by the applicable carrier’s policies and applicable law.

15. HEALTH, SAFETY, ACCESSIBILITY, AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

Travel may involve risks associated with destination conditions, transportation, activities, weather, political or civil conditions, disease, differing standards of medical care, or other circumstances.

Travelers are responsible for determining whether a destination, activity, or travel arrangement is appropriate for their individual circumstances and for reviewing applicable governmental travel and health information.

Travelers should disclose accessibility needs, mobility requirements, dietary restrictions, allergies, or other travel-related accommodation requests that may affect the arrangements the Agency coordinates.

The Agency will make reasonable efforts to communicate disclosed requests to applicable Suppliers. However, accommodations and special requests are ultimately subject to Supplier capabilities, policies, availability, and confirmation and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.

16. TRAVEL ADVISORIES AND DESTINATION CONDITIONS

Travelers are encouraged to review current destination information and applicable travel advisories issued by governmental authorities, including the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, both before booking and before departure.

Conditions at a destination may change after a booking is made. The issuance or modification of a governmental travel advisory does not itself guarantee the right to cancel without penalty or receive a refund. Cancellation and refund rights remain subject to applicable Supplier terms and applicable law.

17. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

The Agency is not responsible for failure, interruption, delay, or changes to travel arrangements caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, acts of God, pandemic or epidemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labor disputes, transportation disruptions, utility or technology failures, Supplier insolvency or cessation of operations, or other events beyond the Agency’s reasonable control.

Refunds, credits, cancellations, and rebooking options arising from such circumstances are governed by the applicable Supplier’s policies and applicable law. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to assist Travelers with available options but cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

18. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Agency acts as an advisor and intermediary in arranging travel services provided by independent Suppliers. The Agency does not own, operate, manage, or control Suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or failure to provide services.

Travel Quest Network is a separate business from JHFG Travels, LLC. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, or agency relationship between JHFG Travels, LLC and Travel Quest Network beyond the independent agency affiliation described herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JHFG Travels, LLC shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, or irregularity resulting from the act, omission, or default of a Supplier or other third party, or from circumstances beyond the Agency’s reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency’s total liability for claims arising from its own travel planning or advisory services shall not exceed the total compensation actually received by JHFG Travels, LLC in connection with the travel arrangements giving rise to the claim, including any professional or service fees and commissions received by the Agency.

In no event shall the Agency be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages to the extent such damages may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for the Agency’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JHFG Travels, LLC and its owners, employees, and authorized representatives from claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, your provision of materially inaccurate information, or your violation of applicable law or Supplier terms relating to your booking.

20. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Agency collects and uses personal information as necessary to provide travel planning and booking services. Arranging travel may require the Agency to share personal information with Travel Quest Network, LLC, Suppliers, payment processors, booking platforms, insurance providers, and other service providers involved in arranging or servicing your travel.

The collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is further described in the Adventuring With Hope Privacy Policy available on our website. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to receive proposals, invoices, booking confirmations, itineraries, payment requests, travel updates, and other communications concerning your travel electronically, including by email, text message, client portal, or other electronic means you use to communicate with the Agency.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring your communications for time-sensitive information concerning your travel.

The party raising the dispute should provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution and allow the other party a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing any remedy available under applicable law if the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith communication.

25. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The failure of the Agency to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
